P\u0159\u00edkladem rozhodovac\u00edho procesu m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt nap\u0159\u00edklad n\u00e1kup materi\u00e1lu od r\u016fzn\u00fdch dodavatel\u016f.Te\u010f si \u0159ekneme n\u011bco o rozhodovac\u00edch metod\u00e1ch. Ty d\u011bl\u00edme na: A) ROZHODOV\u00c1N\u00cd ZA RELATIVN\u00cd JISTOTY, B) ROZHODOV\u00c1N\u00cd ZA NEJISTOTY.\u00a0U rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed za relativn\u00ed jistoty pot\u0159ebujeme jednoduch\u00e9 vytvo\u0159en\u00ed variant i jednoduch\u00fd algoritmus. Mus\u00edme si samoz\u0159ejm\u011b ur\u010dit i krit\u00e9ria. prvn\u00ed metodou je METODA POROVN\u00c1V\u00c1N\u00cd KLAD\u016e A Z\u00c1POR\u016e, kde se rozhodujeme podle sv\u00fdch znalost\u00ed, zku\u0161enost\u00ed a intuice. Podle toho p\u0159i\u0159azujeme bu\u010fto + nebo -. Druhou metodou je METODA BODOV\u00c9HO OHODNOCEN\u00cd, kde jednotliv\u00fdm hledisk\u016fm p\u0159i\u0159ad\u00edme ur\u010dit\u00fd po\u010det bod\u016f (\u010d\u00edm vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00edslo, t\u00edm lep\u0161\u00ed). T\u0159et\u00ed metodou je STUPNICE D\u016eLE\u017dITOSTI a \u010dtvrtou metodou je METODA V\u00ddZNAMOV\u00c9HO HODNOCEN\u00cd (v\u00e1\u017een\u00e1 bodovac\u00ed metoda), kde pou\u017eijeme sou\u010din bodov\u00e9ho hodnocen\u00ed a v\u00e1hy (v\u00e1ha je obr\u00e1cen\u00e1 hodnota po\u0159ad\u00ed d\u016fle\u017eitosti).U rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed za nejistoty \u0159e\u0161\u00edme nezn\u00e1m\u00fd probl\u00e9m, nev\u00edme, zda existuj\u00ed n\u011bjak\u00e9 varianty \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed a pop\u0159\u00edpad\u011b jak\u00e9. Prvn\u00ed metodou je METODA THINK TANK (z\u00e1sob\u00e1rna n\u00e1pad\u016f). U t\u00e9to metody se \u010dasto \u0159\u00edk\u00e1, \u017ee v\u00edce hlav v\u00edce v\u00ed. Popisujeme zde probl\u00e9m v\u00edce lidem (zam\u011bstnanc\u016fm), zji\u0161\u0165ujeme od nich n\u00e1pady, vyslechneme dotazy a z toho zkou\u0161\u00edme vymyslet n\u00e1pad pro vy\u0159e\u0161en\u00ed probl\u00e9mu. Druhou metodou je hodn\u011b zn\u00e1m\u00fd BRAINSTORMING (bou\u0159e mozk\u016f). Brainstorming m\u00e1 ur\u010dit\u00fd postup a to je: 1. sezn\u00e1men\u00ed s pravidly, 2. rozcvi\u010dka, 3. p\u0159edlo\u017een\u00ed probl\u00e9mu, 4. shrom\u00e1\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed n\u00e1m\u011bt\u016f, 5. vyhodnocen\u00ed n\u00e1m\u011bt\u016f. T\u0159et\u00ed metodou je BRAINWRITING, co\u017e je p\u00edsemn\u00e1 podoba brainstormingu. \u010ctvrtou metodou je METODA 635, kde m\u00e1me 6 osob, 3 n\u00e1pady a 5 minut. Ka\u017ed\u00fd navrhne 3 zp\u016fsoby \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed probl\u00e9mu za 5 minut, zap\u00ed\u0161e se to a p\u0159ed\u00e1 se to dal\u0161\u00edmu t\u00fdmu. P\u00e1tou metodou je PARETOVA ANAL\u00ddZA, kde plat\u00ed pravidlo 20:80 (20 % p\u0159\u00ed\u010din je podstatn\u00e9 pro rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed).
